Interview

This blog post is going to be an interview of someone who is or was in the military. I was going to try to see if I could talk to someone that is in the military. But then I remember my step dad was in the military so I interviewed him. He was in the US Army and theses are a few questions I asked him.
1.) What is the military like, is it easy or hard?
He replied and said "The Army is hard at the beginning but it gets easier as you go. He said it takes a lot of getting uses to.
2.) What were some challenges you faced?
Well there sleeping in one big room with 30 different people you don't know and sometimes they don't speak English so we have to help them because we are a team.
3.) What was the toughest thing to get uses to?
Having no say so, the schedule of when you got to do what and being yelled at.
4.) What would you say was the most rewarding about the military?
The most rewarding thing for me was that it opened my eyes a lot. In the Army it does not matter where you are from, what religion you are, and skin color does not matter because we are all human.
5.) Is there anything that has stuck with you from the Army? Like something someone has said?
Yes my drill sergeant said it does not matter what color you are, that you are all Army Green.
That is it for my interview with my step dad. I hope you all enjoyed learning and hearing about his experiences as much as I did.
